The camera delivered no frame in time, so the scan was abandoned and the camera rebound.

Not a frame-quality skip: it means the capture session stalled, which can happen after a camera switch on some devices. Recovery is automatic — the next scan uses the rebound camera — so a single occurrence is benign. Repeated occurrences mean the camera is not usable on that device.
